Do I need a permit to replace windows in Florida?
Window and door replacement usually requires a building permit in Lee and Collier counties and their cities. We pull and close the permit as part of the job, under Florida Certified Building Contractor license CBC 1265972 held by our parent company, M&M Builds LLC.

Impact-rated windows are designed to resist wind-borne debris without shutters. We will review which openings in your home should be covered and recommend the right product for each one.
How long does it take to get impact windows?
Manufacturing lead times vary by brand and time of year. We give you a current lead time with your quote and schedule installation as soon as the product arrives.
